​I am writing to formally report a concerning incident I witnessed today, May 9th, at approximately 3:30 PM while dining at your restaurant with my family. ​First, I want to commend your front-line employees and the cook on duty. Their service was excellent, and they handled their responsibilities with professionalism despite a high volume of work. ​Unfortunately, the conduct of the management on duty was deeply unprofessional.
