I was so excited to try Cabot’s newest food experience. Buckman Brewhouse did not disappoint. I started with a vintage cola with cherry syrup. It was so unique and refreshing. Alexa made the perfect drink. I ordered the chicken verde tacos with black beans and slaw. Everything tasted so fresh. I felt like the side of black beans could’ve been in a slightly bigger bowl or a bigger serving but that’s the only suggestion I have. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and will be back to try other menu items soon.

First time in the new restaurant. Didn't know they served local fare food, which is a plus in my book. No fryers, so nothing fried. They bake their own bread and sell it. Bought a half loaf to take home. Delicious. Next time I plan on trying their beers.

My wife and I purchased VIP for tonight and I have to be honest, this was one of our best experiences at a restaurant ever. We had a wonderful time with the staff and even made new friends with who we sat with. I had the burger and my wife had the tacos and they were the best we’ve ever had. The drinks were amazing too. We had a flight of beer and margaritas and they too were amazing. The two year wait was so worth it and we are happy to have our new favorite spot in Cabot. OMG!! A breath of fresh air for Cabot! Loved the food, the atmosphere, the service, everything about this place is an A+ times 10. The food was fresh, and very good. The atmosphere was very soothing and very inviting and relaxed. What they did with that old firehouse is over the top. The manager visited our table and was very nice and hospitable answering questions and explaining the beers and the breads. The service was impeccable!! Anna L deserves high praise for professionalism, salesmanship and for just being downright nice and making our party feel at home!! We will definitely go back…..a
