I stopped in for a quick bite, but the experience left a lot to be desired. The dining area looked like it hadn't been tidied up in a while, and it was pretty hard to find a clean spot to sit down. My order took much longer than I expected for a place like this, and when I finally got it, the food was barely warm. It was disappointing because I usually rely on these places for a quick and easy meal, but this just felt disorganized and not worth the stop.

It took over a half an hour to get my food and the other person I was with didn't even get their order. Watched one girl spend more time on her phone than helping her coworkers. Had a chic doing all the door dash but no one was dealing with the front orders. Didn't even see a manger out there helping get them through that rush.

Not bad. We ordered, sat down, and our food came out to us. It was fresh, to the point of having to wait a minute before digging in to a crispy chicken. Plus, the fries were fresh. We only took stars off for waiting a while before the food showed up, and it took a minute for a cashier to show up. Even so, I would recommend this store.

4/10/26 @ 8:30pm this BK was pretty busy. Long line at window, people waiting inside. Everything went smoothly. Order taken. Order delivered in a reasonable time considering the lines. We took our order to go. We live in a small town about 8 miles away and made a stop before getting home. The food was not hot by then and I feel that was our issue and not the stores. My whopper was really good and I felt whoever put it together, did a great job. Everything centered on the bun. I didn't have to rebuild it.
