I finally remembered to take pictures before completely emptying my plate and licking it clean. I got the Scotch egg and some brisket and oh my God what an awesome flavor combination will the kimchi Base !?! I think there was some Cilantro and olive oil on the plate to really round out the flavor. The kimchi has to be homemade, I could eat a jug of it. And of course the brisket just falls apart in your mouth and they must make their one rolls??? Because they are fire!

There were elements to everything that we really liked, such as the crispy cheese around the burrito, the butternut flavor of the Mac and cheese, and the smoked hand battered chicken tenders. Be prepared for some rich food and flavors! The only critique would be the fries were a bit too salty and the pulled pork could have used more flavor or rub. The dipping sauces were very good though and helped add to the taste. The staff were so friendly and welcoming to us and our dogs, going above and beyond. We ordered the Pit Master Sampler and every bite was unreal – tender, smoky, and packed with flavor. You can really taste the passion behind the pit here. If you’re into craft cocktails, The Bees Kneed Lavender made with mezcal is a must-try. It was perfectly balanced – floral, smoky, and just the right amount of sweet.
