I wish I could leave a 0 star, but need to write this review in hopes that someone can help with this situation. I will write my situation after this rant. I have been dealing with Carey Pavone at risk management at Jack in the box. After my incident I have been calling, emailing and trying to find a solution to my problem and I am being ignored. She is very unprofessional and does not care at all with my situation. Horrible communication and no sense of urgency to help a life time customer. I keep calling corporate and getting no where. I have sent out all necessary paperwork they have asked

No surprises. This location offered bilingual ordering options and got all six of our orders right. Everything was fresh and properly cooked. It made for a quick and easy stop from our Baja Border crossing. We would recommend this place.

My boyfriend and I came to eat at this location earlier today and it was a horrible experience. At first my food came out after about 10 minutes but it was the completely wrong order so they had to remake it. My boyfriend’s food was not out yet even though we ordered at the same time. After that we waited around 15 more minutes to get our food just to find out that they messed up both of our orders and gave them to someone in the drive thru. They only found out because we asked them if our order would be ready soon, if we hadn’t asked them about our order they would’ve never called our order o
