It’s 7:48pm and I pulled up to the drive thru to order and a young woman asked for my order, for which I only asked for a hot chocolate. She asked if that was all and before she could finish, a man cut her off and told me that they were closed and that he had just closed the register and she was unaware of that. I work within walking distance to this location and I know that 1) drive thru is open 24hrs 2) bcuz I work so close, I’ve been inside there multiple times and I know that the registers are in direct line sight of each other I guess I will have to go join the Starbucks cult because they

My order was taken, literally just a medium hot coffee, and they literally forgot so I was sitting in the drive-through like a dumbass and then he seen me all irritated looking at him pissed off so he went to grab my coffee, but he just stood there with it in his hand having a chitchat so I had to bang on the damn window. They obviously have no respect for our time and don’t care about the customers in line. Screw those workers.

Save yourself the trouble, skip this location. This place needs to be shut down, and I didn't want to give one star.. The customer service was extremely poor. When I arrived, the staff didn’t greet me and made me wait while tending to other tasks. When I finally tried to place an order, I was rushed and treated with clear impatience. After being ignored, I used the mobile app to place a pickup order, only to realize it had gone to the wrong location due to the confusion at the counter. Trying to get a refund was frustrating and involved a long process, including submitting a form and waiting
