Ordered on-line, Jr cheeseburger, hotdog,and tots. Food was delivered with in 1-2 minutes after I checked in. Food was average, cheeseburger with cold piece of cheese not melted. Hotdogs was dressed as ordered slightly warm. Tots warm and fresh. Size of the sandwiches looks to be getting smaller, food shrinkage and costs are a factor for this issue here and everywhere.

I went there out of curiosity, I heard that they serve if you ask, Dr pepper with pickles. Yes it might sound strange but, it was extremely refreshing. It took the too sweet taste off the Dr pepper. I'm glad I tried it there first.

This was my first time trying Sonic in Calumet City, IL, and it was horrible. My fries taste like fish and were over cooked, my chicken tenders had the same fishy taste like they were recooked in some old oil. There was nothing crispy about the tenders. I asked for sauce and was told “ we only gave bbq sauce. The only thing that was good was the Coke pop!

I’m not sure how you serve cold food at 8am let alone the fact that no one was there to order besides 2 other people. So it’s not like there was a rush or anything and on top of that i ordered ahead. Not only was my food cold y’all served me a broken cracked shell that had it been warmed the cheese might have saved it. This location either gets your order wrong all together or you getting cold food it’s ridiculous. Maybe it’s time for new staff from top to bottom because clearly there are no standards.
