Pepper Sky’s was a great dinner spot tonight. I had the massaman curry with shrimp, and it was excellent. They let you choose your heat level on a scale from 1 to 4, with 4 being the hottest. I ordered a 3, and as someone from Texas, I found it to be a really pleasant balance of heat and flavor. The service was quick and attentive throughout the meal. The space is on the smaller side, but tables turn over fairly quickly, and it never felt cramped or overly loud. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience, and I would definitely come back.

The Pad See-Ew was so. delicious. Perfectly sweet without being overwhelming, and the chicken was perfectly cooked and so tender. The Thai Iced Tea was also yummy and not too sweet. The servers were kind and quick. I asked them to put my Thai Iced Tea in a to-go cup, and they were happy to do so! One person was a 10-min wait, which was fast considering I caught the beginning of the dinner rush.

My son and I stopped in for a bite since we'd been eyeing them for months. No disappointment for our anticipation!! The curry mango chicken was a bowl fit for royalty and served with the same flair. The curry spices were perfectly 👌🏾 balanced with the sweet and kind heat of the chili peppers. Best was the wings of Teriyaki. They may as well been the wings 🪽 of Paradise. My sons are wing connoisseurs. Too bad the other one missed THIS because they were showstopping!! So juicy, they should be drank through a straw! But we'll be back and warned them so!😋😋😆😆😁

Delicious food, nice atmosphere, friendly and fast service. Dinner menu has a lot of options, I got the Pad See Ew Noodles dish and it was very flavorful and aromatic.For dessert, I got the sweet rice custard. The ambiance is great with soft lighting and nice music, spacious dining area with nice tables that don't shake. The waitstaff give a good amount of time for you to select your items and don't hover, and the food come out fast and hot to the table. Only downside is that the Mango and Sticky Rice dessert plate is out of season right now. A+++.
