literally makes no sense how good their food is. i got The Smoque meal. the broccoli salad was something i had never heard of, but tried it and it was pretty good!! macaroni was good, beans were good, & the lemonade was so good (i got peach). but the star was the ribs. they were extremely good!!! picked one up and it was sliding off the bone. the sauce they use is also a vinegar-y type sauce, which is exactly what i like. definitely will be coming back. i’m glad i’ve finally found a BBQ spot around here.

At first I thought the place was closed, at the moment there’s some construction out front making the place look bad from the outside. The inside looks a little thrown-together but that’s not what you’re there for. The food was phenomenal, never knew kale or cabbage could taste that good. Candied yams were the star of the show, but the mac & cheese, beans & rice, bbq brisket, pulled chicken sandwhich, and sweet tea were all amazing. I googled this restaurant I was coming from Maryland and when I got there and got into the place, it was 2 people working there and he asked me was I here for pickup, I said, no I just wanted to order some food. And I ordered the food and I'm gonna tell you the food was terrific. It was great. It was good so if I were you, I would plan on visiting this restaurant. cause it was very good.
