Ordered a Tuna Nicoise salad to go. Freshly prepared, egg and tuna were not overcooked, potatoes were crispy and I like their vinaigrette. Return visit: Had the tomato mozzarella sandwich. I prefer it without aioli, so next time I will exclude it. The sourdough bread they use is awesome.. I rate according to what the restaurant offers, which here is counter service, and your order is brought to your table. And that's exactly what you get.

There are FAR more expensive choices in the area with food that doesn't come close. The Tender Greens portions are balanced, the vegetables are fresh, and the flavors POP. Staff is friendly, atmosphere is clean and calm. I've eaten here several times already, and plan on eating here every day I'm in the area.

The first thing you’ll notice when you get in is the friendliest staff on the planet. Ordering was quick and all my questions were answered. Food was out in about 7 minutes, within the range of expectation. The pesto sandwich was DELICIOUS! Hard to believe that something this tasty can be good for me! :) The mint lemonade was good, not too sweet. It cost $17 with tax for both, which is about expected and much cheaper than some places in this mall. The atmosphere is well decorated but can be a bit noisy during busy times.
