This Burger King on Ford Road in Canton is in rough shape. The restaurant looks extremely outdated—like it hasn’t been renovated since the 1980s—and overall it felt dirty. The woman who helped us was actually very nice, which is the only positive thing I can say. The food itself was just okay. What really ruined it was watching the guy prepping food for the drive-through. He had no gloves on and was repeatedly eating fries out of the same fry bin he was serving customers from. Meanwhile, the prep area for dine-in had gloves on, so he clearly just chose not to follow basic food safety rules.

This Burger King was sold, and the new management team are TERRIBLE! We frequently went to the Burger Kimg in Canton and knew the male manager and many of the staff, they were always friendly and polite. We went in to eat and met the new cashier who was downright rude. I asked to have my Whopper made and cut in half, her response was no. We requested one French fry and one. Onion ring with our Meals. Before today I would have given it a 3 star. But today I sat at the drive through speaker for at least five minutes before anyone acknowledged me (no other cars in drive through and no customers inside). Once I got my food I pulled around front to check it and two items were made wrong. Went to go inside but all doors were locked, when employee finally came to door they took the food to remake and shut the door leaving me outside (it’s 20 degrees outside). Every single time I come here the food is perfectly made amazing. They even give you a box now and a wrapped whopper but the point is it’s always good and fresh and I appreciate this place very much. Also the lady that takes my order. She’s very nice from drive-through.
