Ate a great breakfast at Einstein this morning. This was our first time at this location. The ladies working the counter were amazing and for being very short staffed they were on TOP of everything! The food came out hot and fresh and SO good. We got the new energy drink and it was great.

The manager continues to be condescending and Rude., I ordered the 8.00 breakfast spec and forgot to add iced coffee. When I got there, the y had the sandwich and an empty cup. I asked what happened to the iced coffee? They said you get the hot coffee yourself and add ice. I asked if they atleast had flavored cream/flavors. Then the employee looked to the manager and she was Rude! She said no to all of my request, and said she can offer cold brew. I asked if there was flavoring, she said NO, im doing you a favor. I said you are not and charge me if I need to pay more, but im not going to go ov

I walked in at 1:45 not knowing they closed at 2:00.... The three that were in there working ; Damir, Brenda and Reese we're phenomenal. I would be mad if someone came into my store 10 minutes before I was going to wrap up and leave and these three or smiling happy to help, made great food and had great conversation. Thank you all!
