This was an extremely upsetting and unacceptable experience. I was served food containing cilantro that was green but clearly slimy/silky, which is a known sign of spoilage. I unfortunately ate some of it before realizing. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, I was not believed and my concern was dismissed instead of being taken seriously. As someone who is 36 weeks pregnant, this was frightening and stressful. All right, I’m not sure what it is if it’s inflation or people don’t care about their job or maybe Qdoba is cutting back. But my chicken bowl I’ve been getting consistently at least once a week for the last eight years and every single time I go there I feel like the portions are getting smaller and smaller. Tonight the gentleman making my bowl would scoop whatever I was asking for into the spoon and then shake it, I asked for double chicken and let me remind you there was a time where the food would touch the sides of the bowl and it was hard to even press it down… I’m going to Post what my b

Unacceptable. I ordered takeout within YOUR window of ordering, and you canceled it. Order take out instead of buying groceries, so guess I’ll be going to bed on an empty stomach. I used to order here multiple times per week, but never again. You and Chipotle truly suck!!

The older bald gentleman whom I see almost every time I dine here, was extremely disrespectful to me and my friend. He was barraging us with questions claiming we were lying about our intentions and honestly making both of us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I enjoy qdoba but I will NOT be returning due to such an awful person behind the counter.
