Placed an online order and drove straight over for drive-thru pickup. There was about a 10-minute wait in the line, but the process was smooth. The ordering station had an auto-generated voice, and once I gave my name, my entire order popped up on the screen for me to confirm , super convenient and clear. After confirming, I pulled up to the next window and my food was already prepared and ready to pick up. Everything was accurate, warm, and the overall experience was quick and hassle-free.

I have ordered 2 cheese quesadillas , fiesta potatoes and other things. The cheese quesadillas were dry and barely had any cheese or sauce. The fiesta bowl was half empty . This is not the first time I have dry cheese quesadillas from this location. I drove back to them and showed it the manager and she was like (yeah we do cheese quesadilla in that way and it’s normal) . When I insisted that it shouldn’t be like this and other locations do it much better than her location and that I paid $50 for my order . She offered me another one and when I received it , it was much better with more chees

I’ve came two nights in a row, placed online orders around 12 at night. Food was great, I paid for extra chicken an other toppings and they definitely delivered with my extra toppings! Foot was nice an hot. Fry’s were banging to code😛. Beats waiting 25-30 mins at the other Taco Bell on Ann Arbor rd! They completed my order within 7 mins of placing it! Give your night shift people some props, they have definitely improved!

I never leave fast food reviews, but this time Im compelled doing so. Over the last 3 occasions ordering burrito supremes the assembly of them are completely mangled. The wrap is torn, soggy with the ingredients falling out. I mean com'on guys! When I work a 8 hr hard shift all I want is a decent meal thats edible. Your service is great, but the preparation of the food is just unacceptable. Someone's assembling is just horrible. Please do a little better cause everything else is fine, no other complaints here. I know you're tired too so I do see and try to understand your job as well. Thanks
