We stopped by on the way to a friend's house on Saturday at 4:10pm. There were 2 cars in front of us and we ended up waiting 15 minutes before having our order taken The attendant taking the order had the lowest energy I have ever experienced. It sounded like he was in bed laying down. The facility is old and there has been no investment in upgrading the speakers. We couldn't hear anything through the speakers. If you are looking for a fast meal DO NOT come here. There are so many better options.

This Wendy’s restaurant on Ford Rd near Haggerty needs to be closed down!! Today’s date is March 29, 2026. We went there this morning. Nobody answered the drive-through microphone, so I drove to the window. I could tell they were playing. The guy wasn’t at the window when I first pulled up, and after a few minutes he finally came… he was distracted the whole time; then after taking my order, he said they didn’t have any eggs and asked, would that be a problem? I said never mind we’ll go somewhere else because I had already determined I didn’t feel comfortable with them giving me anything! And

It's Nov 21st and I just left Wendy's in Canton the time is 12:18 pm. I stood at the register until the woman with fake blonde hair that might be a manager said rudely "are you ordering"?! And I said yes. She calls for a young man who was just sitting in drive through to take my order. He didn't even say hello, he was rude, didn't give my receipt or asked if my order was for here or to go. I wanted to dine in so I ended up having to eat on my togo brown paper bag. I wish I could rate no stars!!! Absolutely disgusting found hair in my sandwich and a maggot in my chili tried to call but no one will pick up. They also forgot my baconator fries and we waiting at the window for over ten minutes before anyone even opened it. Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. I’m contacting the health department because this is sickening.
