HORRIBLE!!!! the donuts are hard and old! and the personal is very unfriendly and is dirty. so for one of the drinks the worker did not even mix it! and the manager discussed with him for that and made him do it again and he was just saying bad words without she see it!!! then he took a cup to mix the drink apart and that looked so dirty!!! he looked also like he had not shower one week ago! and the other guy who did the matcha latte was mixing this drink while he was walking around and that was falling in his hands!!! was such a horrible experience!!! BAD ATMOSPHERE, workers look dirty! an

By far the worst Dunkin. They messed up my drink and then blamed it on me even though the tag read correctly and was exactly what I ordered the girls didn't make it right. So instead of them fixing their mistakes and just fixing a new drink this is what I was given. To mix in with no spoon. Mind you I had a shaken espresso. There is DD all around. I would avoid this one. The new managers attitude is also super rude. I miss the old manager. She would had made things right the correct way.

The way the staff looks their customers up and down and doesn’t smile at all or welcome anyone in is insane ! Why be in customer service if you are miserable !! Food was cold and over cooked. I received no receipt for my order which gives you a number to track your order. Very unprofessional , every time you go you can tell no one wants to work there.
