The iced vanilla latte was really good — smooth, not overly sweet but i also ask them to make it less sweet. We also tried the biscuits and gravy and they did not disappoint. Super comforting and flavorful. The inside seating area is on the smaller side, but they also have outdoor seating which is a nice option. Ordering to-go is easy too if you’re in a hurry. Definitely worth a stop if you’re looking for good coffee and a cozy vibe!

Lovely dog-friendly shop that has great service and tasty food and drinks! My family and I ate on the patio outside and had a fun time! I had the best orange juice I’ve ever tasted along with a delicious breakfast of French toast with strawberries and scrambled eggs! And our sweet puppy Luna got fresh water and a tasty pup cup with bacon! 🐾🥓

Perks & Brew has a nice outdoor seating area and offers good vegetarian food options. They also have board games, which is a fun touch while waiting for food. The service was a little slow. The food was above average, but the coffee and drinks were below average compared to expectations. Overall, a decent place to hang out, especially for vegetarians and casual meetups.

I love this place! A couple of the girls and I will have our “mommy and me” dates here, we have a great time. The coffee is SO yummy (iced lattes are perfect every time) and the chicken bacon ranch tater tots are a fave! They used to have BBQ chicken tots and those were bangin’ also. It’s a cute little place on the inside. If you’re going with the kiddos just note you can only fit 1-2 strollers inside, but they have high chairs! The employees are great, everyone is kind.
