Sadly, I only took this picture of the coffee shop, but I didn’t want to skip the review because the drink was so good. I ordered a cappuccino with smooth, creamy milk, in an ambiance that invited you to slow down and speak quietly. The croissant was crunchy but soft at the same time. I would definitely come back if I travel to Santa Clara again.

I had a gift card and honestly felt a little hesitant about going in. Trendy, hipster-style spots can sometimes feel intimidating based on my past experiences at similar cafés. But from the moment I walked in, I received some of the best customer service from start to finish. Robbie is truly an exceptional employee. He made the best tasting mocha I’ve ever had and was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He made me feel comfortable the entire time. He’s the reason I’ll definitely be coming back.

Cat&Cloud by portola was our stop in past years! Love there coffee and the people. Yet, this morning was a bit different. Decided to invite parents for a coffee treat on me. Mom and I LOVE whip cream on our coffee's which I ordered as usual I put a request of whipped cream on our Lattes. Boy did we really end up with a treat. HAHA more like a "doggie treat."
