I have ordered from here for the last five years and it has always been amazing. I recommend the Chile relleno and beef tacos, they are delicious! The queso dip is amazing too! The last time I ordered takeout, the chips included were obviously old and refried. They were super crunchy and burnt tasting. I hope that isn't the new trend.

I had the street tacos chicken and steak, with a side of beans and rice. The tacos were superb with a great flavor, hot, and plated well with sautéed or browned onions in the center of three tacos. Beans and rice were typical for this restaurant genre but the flavor was great. The service was fast and attentive but not pushy or too involved. Overall great experience and great food at about 15 per person.

Been going to this Taquilas for 25 years since it opened. Haven't been there for awhile but ordered last night. Food was 1/2 what it used to be. Cold. I asked for a full order of pollo on la Playa. Got maybe 1/4 chicken breast mixed with rice and sauce. Definitely not worth $14.99. I used to not be able to finish my Enchiladas Especial. However, last night it was 1/2 of what it used to be. Plus, now the also charge 3% if you use a card in addition to "to go" orders $1.00. too many Mexican restaurants in C'dale. Ill go somewhere else in the future.

I purchased 2 lunches at tequilas in Marion and was very dissatisfied with one of them. I've always gotten much better food at the tequilas in Carbondale. I will never go back to the tequilas in Marion. The little rolled up tequilas only had about a teaspoon of chicken in one of the lunches. I threw the whole lunch away. Going there was a waste of my time and money.
