I am a regular customer and I really enjoy the grilled chicken sandwich from this Chick-fil-A, especially in the morning. However, recently I noticed that the grilled chicken often has many black burnt marks and residue stuck on the surface of the meat. It appears that the grill may not be cleaned properly or frequently enough, causing the burnt buildup from the grill to transfer onto the food. This is very concerning because customers are eating this chicken, and I have read that consuming heavily charred or burnt food may have potential health risks. I hope the management can look into this

Chick-fil-A in Carmel does customer service better than just about anyone in fast food. This location is convenient, efficient, and consistently friendly. Whether I place a mobile order or go through the drive-through, the team is always polite, organized, and keeps the line moving quickly. Even when it looks busy, they do a great job getting people through without making the experience feel stressful. I want to give 10 stars. Every time we have dinner or lunch here, it’s an incredibly welcoming and fruitful experience. You can feel the effort of each employee you come across and the manager who I wish I could remember her name at the moment, is one of the kindest and most endearing people I’ve ever come across in any customer service situation. This location is always busy but always has impeccable service as do most chic fil a location. What i thought stood out was the store manager out on the floor helping clean, refill drinks and just being very courteous with guests. Its not often you see a hands on approach from management and she is always kind and nice to everyone. It speaks volumes about why the store runs so smoothly.
