Indie Coffee Roasters is a must visit coffee shop in Carmel! The location is perfect and easy to get to! The atmosphere is wonderful as well! Great decor, relaxing vibes, and lovely minimalistic themes that are perfect for studying or doing work after getting a drink! The baristas have always been super kind and seem to be in a good mood. Service has never been subpar! I also love the creativity of the seasonal drinks. They are delicious and I'm super excited to go back and try out different drinks! 10/10 recommend.

The 3 star are because the coffe taste too bitter for what I like. The place look very nice and the staff is very kind. It was a nice gesture to have a little glass of water with my coffee. The cappuccino also tasted pretty bad and we couldn’t finish it. Maybe it is their special flavor and it just doesn’t fit my taste. Another thing that was a bit disappointing is that there was almost no choice for a brioche 🥐. There was a little tray with few pastry and not very inviting. Maybe because I am italian, but when I go in a coffee shop for breakfast I love to find a great selection of brioc

Kate and Zach gave great service on an early morning coffee run! My friend and I had wonderful coffee and got to catch up together with privacy in a seperate room. The space is large enough and there is a lot of seating! The coffee was yummy and I’m excited to go back in the future and try out more of their selections. Kate was great on cash register joking with us and with her suggestions!
