I went to Social Cantina on a short visit to Downtown Carmel. After a stroll, we sat in this quite empty interior of the restaurant. There seemed to be more people eating on the outside patio. The service is very polite and fast. We ordered a couple of Margaritas and Beer, a salad, rice bowl and tacos. The free chips and corn with a kick of habanero salsa was delicious. Definitely recommend dining here if you’re in the neighborhood.

I recently visited Social Cantina for a moms' night out, and we had a great experience overall. I ordered two ahi tuna tacos and one Americano taco, and they were fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. I also appreciated that the tacos can be made gluten-free. The three tacos were plenty of food, and I left feeling very full. If you're extra hungry, you can also add rice and beans to make it a meal for an additional charge. Food was good but the service not so much. Very stoic female server. Never broke a smile or engaged in friendly conversation with our party of 8 people. The manager was very friendly, but definitely not our server with detracted from out dinner and experience.

My sister and I came to the Social Cantina in Carmel to celebrate my sister passing her RT boards!! It was DELICIOUS!! Great food, great vibes, and awesome service! Jon does an amazing job! We would love it if the PB & J Margarita would be a permanent menu item it was INSANE!!
