This unassuming sushi spot is tucked into a no-frills strip mall, but behind those doors is a well-appointed restaurant with carefully crafted nigiri and a creative variety of sushi rolls all delivered with top tier service. They have fantastic gyoza with a wonderful, spicy iteration of no tare to dip it in and some of the best rice I've ever had with sushi, too. Definitely eat here if you get the chance! It'd be go-to spot if I lived in the area.

Silver Sake “Where Everybody Knows Your Name”. This is the go to place for sushi. It’s more than good food. It’s an experience. The staff from chefs, wait staff, to kitchen staff, greet, engage you with friendly smiles. The food is always amazing my kids enjoy their chef choice (Omakase) rolls. Matter of fact we always leave it up to the chef to make whatever they see fit to serve us. Never been disappointed and always left our appetites pleasantly satisfied. The sushi was excellent, as always fresh, flavorful, and the main reason this spot stays on my list of favorites. The kitchen absolutely deserves praise. The service, however, made the visit uncomfortable. Our waitress’s energy felt noticeably directed toward one person at the table rather than the table as a whole, and it crossed the line from friendly service into something that felt unprofessional. Great little spot! I'm so glad my friend brought me here. I literally drive by this shopping center every day, and I didn't know Silver Sake existed until now.! It's a quaint little place. Wasn't too busy when we got there. Serene atmosphere. Great service. Everyone was very attentive. The chef even stopped by our table to make sure everything was OK, as I have a shellfish allergy, and he wanted to make sure I liked my modified roll. I'll definitely be going back!
