Visited this crown jewel of the Dunkinverse with my daughter on fine Monday morning in March. Happened to be st Patrick's day. Her pistachio iced coffee was good, as was my regular hot coffee. Bravo!

First of all these young ladies seem nice however they are too busy cutting up with some of the customers to even make my order right. I walk in and the lady customer in front slams the door in my face 2 times then the girl at that cash register is super super nice to her, but when it's my turn, she has this judgmental look on her face. She slams tosses my doughnuts on the counter and walks away. This Dunkin location is consistently disappointing. The customer service is rude and unhelpful, and simple requests turn into unnecessary back-and-forth arguments after payment on the app and proof. I asked for a bag for my order and was met with attitude instead of a solution and repeated escalation by manager staff. The service is also slow, and the food is often not even hot by the time you get it. For a place that’s supposed to be quick and convenient, this location misses the mark completely on both. It's a Dunkin' You know what you are getting. Nothing crazy or new that isnt offered at others. This one is older in the area so def some older folks frequent it. The line tends to be longer since folks like to customize too much instead of just getting black coffee.
