This Dunkin location is inside the 7-Eleven. I gave it a rating of four just because the customer service wasn’t the best meaning they saw me waiting and didn’t acknowledge me or anything. They just kept going about their business for about five minutes before I got served. The gentleman did say they were understaffed but I still thought they could’ve addressed me before I waited that time. But the atmosphere was fine it’s inside of a 7-Eleven and the donut that we purchased was a fruit punch, flavored doughnut and it was actually pretty good. It tasted it freah so no complaints there.

I have usually been happy with my experience here, but today's experience has made me never want to eat at this location ever again. Ordered an iced matcha latte, they added a shot of espresso (which is fine I went in to simply get it fixed but I got attitude as if I was wrong and I was the one who ordered the shot *I didn't BTW*). The cashier was very rude and rolled her eyes when going back to fix my drink. When I tried to let her know that matcha lattes don't usually have coffee in them unless asked for it, she gave attitude like she knew I was wrong and it comes with coffee in it. Not to m

Food is mid…eggs sliding off bread, coffee not made as ordered. People are nice enough, but the wait is a joke. 1/2 hour for egg sandwich and coffee on the drive through with only 4 cars on the line. This location used to be good. What happened?

This is the second time I have been to this Dunkin and there was a problem. The first time i went to this dunkin i got an avocado toast with bacon there were bacon scraps on there and i went back to see if i could get it replaced because it did not look correct i’ve gotten the same thing from other dunkin’s and it did not ever look like that, the manager then comes to speak with me and tells me that i am 100% wrong and that’s how it comes and offered me no help at all, Today I went there for a Protein matcha and was rudely treated by the same manager from before, all because my app wouldn’t sh
