Food is always great portions tend to suck when it comes to frys,, I ordered a large and got a medium in a large container. Happens all the time. Its like their subtle way of saying I'm fat and shouldn't be asking for a large.

After 5 years or more I decided to give Arbys a try since I saw their Cheesesteak and Gyro sandwich’s introduced. I actually passed on ordering Chk Flt with my wife since it was next door. Compared to CF which was 20 minutes in drive thru, Arbys was fast at 5 and friendly. My cheesesteak and curly fries however were a huge letdown to say the best. First the sandwich was soggy and smashed. The meat was minimal pic makes it look like a ton but was spread out to show inside, as were the overcooked slivers of onion/peppers. September 2017. I signed up for email specials on-line a few years ago and this latest visit included a FREE small drink and small fries with a purchase of any Bourbon BBQ sandwich. I chose the Triple Stack (steak, brisket and turkey) which cost about $8. This restaurant is always reasonably clean (even during weekday lunch-time rushes) and the staff has always been friendly and personable. My drive thru experiences have always been reasonable or fast. The building is due for a remodel. The restroom has always been clean.
