3rd time we've had this happen going through the drive thru. I think they may on purpose give the less desirable donuts to the drive thru people. If they'd have handed it to me inside I've have given it right back and requested a refund. Unfortunately it's not worth the gamble and we will not be returning.

Went in to this Bosa for the first time yesterday. Nobody else there. I was greeted right away and helped. As I was choosing which donuts to include in the dozen i was buying the younger employee that was wearing a headset for the drive thru started pulling all of the donut trays out of the display. I looked at the lady helping me and she just shrugged her shoulders. I had to just take what I could remember was on the trays. Incredibly rude. We won't be back.

Person running the widow was lacking customer service skills. Had to repeat the order several times and it was still not correct. Doughnut holes listed as 5 dozen (last time I checked a dozen was 12) recieved 10 donuts all the same flavor.

The window clerk was awesome! Sweet- happy and welcoming! Went March 21, 2025 at 9:30am and when I tell y’all the donuts were so fresh and yummy! Melt in your mouth yummy!!!! I ordered a glazed twist, cinnamon roll and buttermilk donut and OMG!!!!! I was going to take one bite then take a picture but baby that one bite turned into ALL GONE!!!!! Delicious!
