We went in during lunch rush, and I understand that it's difficult to keep up with that many people but they completely forgot parts of my order, and when i went up to get them i had to stand and wait 10 minutes because there was no one at the front taking orders. Eventually a young man came up and started taking orders, and who i assume was his manager told him to " take one order then go, take one and go " And afterwards when i asked about my missing food the woman who i assume is his manager was dismissive. Fries tasted like cleaning supplies, i probably wont be returning. That is not custo

If the employees had a proper break room/ space, it would really spruce up the place. A ledge full of of employee drinks looks tacky and is a very big inconvenience for staff as well as customers. Management should try harder to resolve this situation. Many reviews have talked about it, yet still, absolutely nothing has been done or changed. If you value your employees and your customers you HAVE to make positive changes. Just because it's the "Wendy's Way" doesn't make it right.

Ordered large and got medium everything, yet got charged for a large. Called bsck and manager said I could come back and get a large, but that's not the point. Orders should be verified, not tossed into a bag in a hurry. Nobody wants to come back to the store after they drove all the way home! Absolutely ridiculous you spend over $40 on food and they cant seem to get it right! Not eating here again!

No issues with the food, dining area, staff, etc. It was right on target for a Wendy's, so you already know if you like it. Two problems: one, the drive through was running incredibly slowly, with the line backed up across the parking lot. Two, the bathrooms were single-occupancy, and thus inadequate for the needs of a fast food restaurant. And the toilet was so filthy as to be unusable.
