I visited Wyoming Ale Works the night before my birthday in November 2025. I should have ordered a beer and a burger but instead I got a glass of wine and chicken piccata. The wine was bad. It tasted like the bottle had been open for a few days and had turned. I should have sent it back but I didn't because I didn't want to mar my evening. The chicken piccata was fine. We sat on the patio on the perfect day in Casper. The staff were very attentive,especially our waitress Alexandria. She gave my dog water and accommodated him well. I had the “WYO Melt”, it was so delicious that I’m thinking about it three days later.

Wyoming themed restaurant with a big city vibe. Wyoming style food though large variety of menu items. I had a PB&J burger and it was SOLID! Kid friendly, with a large bar. Probably seats 125 people. Clean bathrooms, though they could be larger. Has outdoor deck with view to Casper mountains. Slightly slow service but not terrible. Parking has potential to bring an rv if its not very full. Honestly its a great restaurant. I'll be coming back!
