212 Pizza Co is easily one of the best hidden gems in all of Colorado. My family and I had an incredible experience here last night for dinner. I am unfortunately dairy-free, so good Italian restaurants are difficult for me to find... and I almost never find a decent dairy-free pizza option. Let me tell you, this pizza (pictured) was so good I almost cried tears of happiness. All of the ingredients were fresh, the crust was perfectly soft, and the vegan cheese was melty and delicious. Another HUGE thank you to 212 Pizza for absolutely coming through for our dance team banquet tonight! 🍕✨ The food was incredible from start to finish—everything was fresh, delicious, and a total hit with the girls. The pizza was obviously a favorite (gone in seconds 😅), but the salads were crisp and perfect, and don’t even get me started on dessert… Brownies, cannolis, AND lemon bars?! My wife and I love the gluten free pizza here. I often have trouble even with gluten free pizzas, but this is one of the few places that do not seem to give me trouble. The reason for the bad review: The last 3 times we have ordered a pizza here we have been quite disappointed with service. There was not a single adult in the restaurant and the kids working there have been quite irresponsible spending their time chatting rather than making pizzas.
