Great Divide Brewery had a fun, lively atmosphere and was clearly a popular spot. Even though it was very busy, we were able to find seats at the large bar right away, which was a nice surprise. The space has a great vibe and is an excellent place to hang out. The bartender was also fantastic—very patient and helpful in explaining the different beer options, which made choosing a lot easier. I got the chicken fajitas. Everything was great except the chicken. Not seared, no seasoning, almost like it was boiled. The onions and peppers were barely cooked and pretty crunchy. The Pico had no heat but was tasty, and the rice was fantastic. Others got the salmon and the fish and chips, and they said they were both good. However, they only serve the salmon cooked medium and it was dry. Our server - well - she was adequate. A damn good bar with more beer than you need to deal with at an airport. An amazing barrel aged yeti was tapped from Laws Barrels for the aging... so damn good. The total were great, I'd go for chips just due to the soggy-ness of the nacho cheese but the flavor was great. Chicken tenders were delicious and better than I anticipated. Come have a beer and kick it for your flight! The service was stellar and Robert was the man!

My family loves this restaurant! Our food and service has always been incredible! Our favorite dishes are the Chicken and Waffles, the Jam(Hamburger) and the Short Rib Enchiladas. Rhoda Kaye Kues the GM at the Castle Rock restaurant goes above and beyond to make our experience so enjoyable! I highly recommend this restaurant!
