Lost Coffee is a gem! We stopped in and ordered a cortado and a matcha, and both were excellent. What really made our visit memorable, though, was the hospitality. We had the pleasure of meeting Blake, the Director of Operations, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Blake also introduced us to one of Lost Coffee's unique signature drinks, and helped us pick out a bag of beans. It was such a fun experience to try something you can't get just anywhere. Espresso is pulled off a Slayer, which is top notch. Start your day off here or if you need a pickup, you'll get it via the vibe, staff and a great espresso.

Best coffee shop in Castle Rock!!! I’ve been coming here for several years, and it never disappoints. The coffee is consistently high quality, made with perfectly roasted, fresh beans, and every drink is crafted just right. I just had to switch to decaf because of pregnancy, and my coffee still tastes just as good. On top of that, the baristas are absolutely THE BEST—friendly, talented, and always make the experience even better. I come here several times a week to work and it’s my fav spot.

I walked in and they were playing Right Down the Line by Gerry Rafferty, so I automatically knew I was in the right place. I met Braxton and we went over their flat black blend on spro. I’m a certified espresso snob (according to my gf) and usually prefer single origin espresso. However their flat black blend on spro was super dialed in a perfect mix of the best from Guatemala and Columbia has to offer. It paired very well with my breakfast burrito.
