Ordered a simple large pepperoni pizza and it arrived in 36 minutes. Not bad, not great. But the wait was worth it in the end. The pizza is absolutely on point. I love the way the cheese is melted and the top layer of cheese is crispy, but not overly crispy. Tastes great and you can tell it’s hand made and very fresh. Will definitely order again.

The pizza was very good. We came in, ordered a half cheese and half Mexican pizza. Took about 15 minutes and we were on our way home. The pizza is very good. We waited inside and watched as the family's grandma was shredding blocked cheese, the mom was fixing veggies, and the sons were operating the oven. Truly a family-owned place with fresh ingredients, you couldn't ask for more than that. The place itself is very small. They do have a few chairs at a counter and a table out front. However, it is probably best to take it home to enjoy. Will be making this a regular option for pizza so lon

Pizza Express in Castro Valley really took me back. Used to walk from Creekside over to the Center spot just to grab a dollar slice as a kid still hits the same. Yeah, it’s a little more now, but the slices are huge (bigger than Costco) and honestly worth it. The guy inside with the glasses was super cool too great service. We paid just over $20 for two big slices, a soda, and a cake. Solid deal, good food, and they’re still open late for dine-in. Glad to see they’re still doing their thing.

Ordered the chicken and garlic pizza for delivery. The pizza arrived quickly, it was hot, with flavorful, fresh ingredients, absolutely delicious. Probably the best pizza that l have had in the area. Would definitely order from Pizza Express again.
