We always frequent this location. We choose them over Opies for years .But today was a very bad experience. The older lady called my son a "dummy" . It was so fast and she laughed at the same time. The remark didn't even go along with the conversation. He was just telling her he wanted a cone and instead of a cup. I told her that he thought you already put it in the computer. And that's when she said "dummy" and said she calls her sons that all the time. I really should have left. I'm so mad at myself for staying because joking or not , you don't call any child dumb. That was it for us.

This is a really good experience. Their soft serve is delicious and wonderful on a sunny day. Their premium milkshake as seen here is massive. Two people needed to finish this. I got the banana pudding flavor but they change flavors often so check their site!

I’ve been coming to Tastee Zone for a few years now and really enjoy their Kavern Kaos. I was there last night and did not realize their hours had changed and they closed at 8. I walked up at 7:58 and the OPEN sign was still on. The older lady greeted me and asked what I wanted. I started to order and then she was grumbling and shaking her head, and when I asked what was wrong, she said “1 minute before I close and you want a Kavern Kaos!?!??,” in an extremely rude tone. I was shocked! I apologized profusely and explained I truly thought they closed at 9. I was starting to walk away, and she c
