I’ve eaten here for many years and have always enjoyed the food. I’m writing this review for one reason. Dennis! He’s the best sever I’ve had in years. The perfect balance of attention and allowing you to enjoy your meal. Did you know they have honey butter for their yeast rolls? I didn’t until tonight. Dennis is the first server to offer it in all the years I’ve been eating here. I also think there’s new management. The whole crew seemed on top of their game. I definitely won’t be going to Tx Roadhouse anymore. Thanks Dennis.

Excellent service! Amber was so pleasant, along with her team, and they created a warm and perfect atmosphere. I had the chicken and dumplings, and they were cooked just right. The gravy was flavorful, and the chicken was tasty and tender, giving the dish an awesome taste. I will definitely have it again. My friend had the chicken fried chicken with a sweet baked potato and broccoli, and everything was cooked perfectly. We also ordered the meatloaf to go, and it looked and tasted like heaven. I will definitely return!

There was a bit of a wait, but I didn’t mind. It was very busy on 2/22 at 8:30pm. The cashier Monty was very helpful. I noticed him also being extremely helpful and engaging with the other customers as well. I’m not sure what happened but a manager came over and made a comment to him as he was getting orders out. Not sure exactly what she said, but it made the lady sitting next to me yell out “you’re doing a good job .” Which I agree he was. My only issue was my grilled pork chop was a little dry and tough. Next time I’ll just stick to my usual chicken fried steak. .

I called in around 9pm on a weeknight and spoke to the manager (Mike) who leads the store. I’m not 100% sure on his title. He reassured me that they did not close until 9:30 PM and the food would be fresh. Once I arrived, Mike was helping mop the floors making sure the restaurant was clean. He has such amazing energy and was high-level in his customer service. He made sure that we had everything we needed in the order and was just super kind. Great energy. The food was good. It was fresh. I just had to leave a review because I had such a great experience and I went back a couple of days late
