Worse location ever! Greeted by an idiot over drive through speaker after I had to say hello 3 times! Placed the order and then I hear pull around boo! Sit in the line for 10 mins he never comes to window to assist car in front of me so they drive off. I pull to window he never comes so I pull around front and there is literally no line inside! For this very reason you will continue to loose customers! I hope this complaint finds the right person! The wrong people will run your business in the ground!

This is 2nd time we have gotten our sandwiches on our way home from the DFW airport. The sandwiches look like slop and are soaked from the dirty counters where they "prepare" food. The time before today, we got terrible sloppy sandwiches they didn't taste like what we had ordered, and someone was supposed to call us, and we never heard back. I've given them a chance, but I think it's a never again situation. We're tired of spending good money on soggy slop.

I don’t understand how this store got 4stars!🙄 There were 2 vehicles ahead of me in the drive through. It took over 30 minutes for us to be served at the window. Additionally, I ordered a child’s sandwich for my neighbor’s granddaughter. There was no apple juice or drink that a child would enjoy. There was only tea, Powerade and water. I opted for the water. I was Sooo disappointed!! The cashier told me that they were short in staff on today and also that that their order truck wouldn’t be available until tomorrow. I can empathize with the situation. The food, service and fast food restaurant is a 10/10. I loved everything and so did my husband. Restaurant was clean and the employees were nice. Recommend for a quick, clean meal and a sweet treat!
