I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I found a baby roach in the lettuce of my chalupa, after I had already eaten half of it. That’s extremely disturbing and raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety. The service, portion size, and overall food quality were otherwise fine, which makes this even more disappointing. Incidents like this can potentially cause serious health risks, including foodborne illness. I hope this is addressed immediately to prevent it from happening to others.

After (1) waiting more than 30 minutes for my order, that I begrudgingly (2) placed at the kiosk and (3) never got a receipt for,{but the $ came out of my account} (4) the entire drive thru line being cleared out and watching (5) those who placed their order after me get theirs ... the little girl who was trying to help me just went back to tending to the drive-thru that was getting busy again. Finally, the actual manager who hadn't been anywhere in sight my entire visit came out of the back. I went to this Taco Bell today and got nacho fries and a sf Baja blast. Sadly they didn’t have the sf Baja, but it was okay cause I was able to switch it out for Pepsi zero. The cashier was very nice to me. He gave me a compliment and was super friendly! Overall I love this place sm and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to eat the best french fries 🙏 (Also ty Tearine T, u were super nice!!)

At night, since they close the lobby early, you’ll be stuck in the drive-thru for well over 10 minutes past the pickup time shown in the app for gig app orders. Tonight, the employee at the window was rude, and when I told him I’d already been waiting a long time, he just said, “Okay, then you can cancel the order,” rolled his eyes, and closed the window on me. That was literally said to me tonight. I was honestly shocked. No employee should be speaking to anyone that way. What was astounding to me was the attitude I got when I asked at the window how much longer it would be. It was a simple
