I really like this food here, but I went through the drive through today. The person who took my order was really rude and rushed me. I was confused on what they were asking me, and I responded with I'm getting this, and they said, yes, what size, medium or large in a really rude and rushed tone, I get my food, I open it up, and the gravy is just all over the inside of my food, not in the container. I don’t usually leave reviews, but my visit to Whataburger was so bad that I feel the need to warn others. First, I found a long brownish hair in my burger absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable. How does something like this even happen?
