I went on Saturday feb 28 and came back again Monday march 2 and let me tell you the experience was great both times the tall manager Jocelyn with the glasses such great attitude and happy to be their normally don’t see much of that in restaurants these days she was making me smile and was efficient that women should be given a raise. The store is clean and bathrooms are well stocked and cleaned. The food was hot I ordered orange chicken and teriyaki with some spring rolls and one of the peach lychee refreshers. The food was delicious on both days. Will be coming back.

The store was not very clean, the staff was not friendly or concerning about the customer. I have been going to Panda Express since it first opened in Pentagon City mall in 1989. I like Panda Express it is a nice restaurant with usually good quality and great consistency. The food has always had a good taste and good portion size. Restaurant can be great or terrible by the staff that run it. When we came in we are usually ready to order, the lady was loading the food in the pots really did not speak or let us know it would be a few minutes. Simply wow! I travel all over our country and just hate to eat at restaurant chains because it gets old, but eating at this Panda Express was just so wonderful. I had already ate but my son hadn’t so i suggested Panda Express and im so happy I did. The food was amazingly soft, not all hard like all the other Panda Express I’ve been to all over. The taste is what I’m assuming Panda Express started with but lost it along the way either by the leadership at other locations or maybe Panda Express is changing there quality standards, whatever the reason the food tasted great at this location.

Always super fast, and always great tasting food but recently they have been super skimpy, I always orange chicken and they always just give me just a little bit over half a spoonful for each serving portion of it whether it’s a bowl or plate.
