It is Saturday 5 pm and we pulled up to the drive thru and the lady who is taking the order was RUDE at the speaker. Then we pulled up to the window and asked for hot sauce. (We ordered a LOT of food) she gave us a small amount. We let her know we would like the other hot sauce. She proceeded to remove the hot sauce she put in the bag and gave us a few of the 1 we wanted. We pulled around front because people were behind us so I went in to ask for more because we ordered food for 12 ppl. She says they are only allowed to give 1 hot sauce per item. I have an illness that limits my eating abilities and limits what I can eat without it causing me pain. This is the first time I've gotten fries from Del Taco that were cooked perfectly and I could eat them. Usually I have to just throw them away. But these were perfect and the Tostada also was so good. 10 👍 up for this location!!! I love food and being that I can't tolerate many things this means alot to me. it's been a while since I eaten at Del Taco. Stopped in for lunch and found our what I had been missing. The tacos are full of meat, cheese, and tomatoes! They way tacos should be, not skimpy like Taco bells junk! If you haven't tried the Birra Ramen..go, try it. It's definitely delicious n only 6.79 per cup!. They add fresh cilantro and lime!!

I saw the owner’s response and appreciate the polite reply, but it didn’t really address the actual issue mentioned. The location strictly limits hot sauce packets (two per item), which comes across as unnecessarily stingy and affects the overall experience. The food is fine, but being that tight with condiments makes customers feel like they’re negotiating instead of ordering. Hopefully this policy gets reconsidered.
