“Robin did amazing on the two pizzas I ordered!”

Awful experience. These are supposed to hand tossed medium pizzas. Pizza’s are crazy thin to the point slices rip. Overcooked crust, very dry and no garlic butter crust. I called and was told that the person on phone was the person that made the order and the order was done correctly. Domino’s is my favorite pizza and will continue to be if made properly. I asked for a replacement and was told it would be another 40 minutes and to make sure all is returned. From that, I then wanted refunded and they can still have the pizza back.

This is the worst service I received from this chain. Was told that the driver was in front of my house and left my order but the whole time I was waiting for her. Even my Doorbell camera which she claimed she rang did not catch her. She probably did knowcked and rang the bell but she was in the wrong house. The only thing I hated is when they did not even tried to correct their mistakes.

I called to ask if the hiring manager was there and this lady answered the phone not wanting to transfer me to the hiring manager and just kept saying how can I help you after I kept repeating myself. If she is like this on the phone imagine how she is making the pizza. Worst customer service I have had!

Cinnamon twists are awesome when they're made right..after ordering them 4 the 3rd time at this location they still haven't nailed it. I literally have a stomach ache from the raw blob "twists". What's frustrating is that I know these ladies would not prepare & serve this 2 their own family. $7+ wasted. 2 stars for the 2 skinny odd shaped twists that tasted good.
