My boyfriend and I loved to go here but this past visit completely made us never want to go back. We each got a pho bowl (I got beef and my boyfriend got chicken). We knew there was a red flag when the bean sprouts came out and they were brown and very old. We decided to just not eat them and look past it. My pho noodles were all clumped together but I tried to also look past it. Then my bf took a bite of his pho and realized something was off. The smell was absolutely disgusting. It smelled like sewage and that’s when we decided to just ask for the check and head out. The server was attentive

Only dine in. If you order to-go, they will not care about your order, skimp on your food, and ignore you when attempting to communicate. They said that they were out of tofu when I called, but hung up immediately after. Then acted as if they couldn’t understand what I was saying when I know they can speak English. Then they ignored my calls. They shouldn’t have took the tofu order if they didn’t have enough for my order.
