Clean restaurant, polite and fast staff! Came toward the end of the day and got other best poke bowl I've ever had. No line and food was done within a minute or two ready to go with great free soup! Had the scallops, fish egg, spicy tuna with yellow pickles seaweed seasoning, and teriyaki and spicy mayo sauce. Fantastic food and big portion sizes!

I went to Pokelab yesterday and ordered a bowl with tuna and salmon. Shortly after eating, I began feeling extremely ill. I experienced severe stomach pain, diarrhea, vomiting, and a fever. My symptoms got so bad that I ended up going to the ER, where I was told I had a viral GI infection. This was a really scary experience and completely ruined my day. Based on what happened, I seriously question the sanitation and food handling practices here. I would not recommend this place and will definitely not be coming back. Please be careful if you’re considering eating here.
