Nice crew. My only complaint is that in the mornings ( the two times I’ve been in there at 6:15-6:30) it’s like they are still setting up. I’ve had to wait while pots are started, things stocked. I would think that should all be done before the doors open. I have eaten in the dining area and it’s a great space. Nice coffee house vibe.

What a wonderful experience at the Chanhassen Caribou Coffee. The service was excellent. The staff was friendly, helpful, and I never felt rushed. You could tell they truly enjoy what they do. The cozy lobby made it the perfect, warm spot to sip coffee and relax with a good read. Thank you for such a welcoming space!

Food is great but little expensive on breakfast items. Flatbread with just egg vegan option wonderful but 7$ for that seems pricier. Ambience is great for a morning or afternoon time visit. Crowd is less most of the time. A nice morning time to spend here. Coffee as usual great like other locations.

Normally love this location and would typically receive 5* stars, however the medium drink I ordered today was half full with a large amount of whip. The whip doesn't bother me, but the missing 1/3 of the coffee was concerning. I understand the shop was extremely busy at the time, but with prices, can't skimp on the full cup of coffee. Update (after starting to drink) the Caramel High Rise had no flavor and left a burnt aftertaste.
