How many times and how many different ways, can a fast food restaurant RUIN a dinner experience for a family? Bears mentioning, very realistic and only moderate expectations for a fast food restaurant combined with a delivery service, but really? What happened to the days when McDonalds technology and training programs were the best in the business? 30 monitor screens with orders, timing, checks and balances, etc and yet they can't figure out these days how to fill an order in full, ensure that full, multiple bag orders are picked up by delivery drivers, etc. Burnt French fries? Both my double cheeseburger buns had burn marks on the buns. The one pictured is the less bad one, ans other had a large circle in the middle covering about 30% of the surface. This is bad even for fast food standards. Cmon McDonald’s…

More than once has this location messed up an order and will pretend to not understand when describing the issue. Intentionally dragging there feet so you give up as fighting over cheap fast food is not worth the hassle. Will never visit this McDonalds ever again.

We enjoy this location but please consider adding window blinds/shades/coverings/tint to the large west facing windows that reach the ceiling in the play room. Many of the tables are not used when it's hot and sunny from direct sunlight in most of the room.
