This is the worst pizza ever. When do you get pizza with no sauce and so thin you can see through it. Little caesars is better then this. I called and was told it was our fault our pizza was like this because we let it sit to long in the warmer mind you our pizza was not hot at all. Never will be going back at this point with and the same problems corporate needs to be called. I got really sick from this place to the point i needed medical attention.

I dont EVER write reviews but I felt the need to. I just picked up a chicken alfredo pasta and large meat lovers with cheese stuff crust. This is my 3rd time giving this pizza hut a chance and I was extremely dosappointed, the pizza is never done right. Super thin, no sauce at all, dry and hard. Extreme disappointment after a long day at work and a long day for my kids at daycare, all they were looking forward to was the pizza. The last time I ordered here I let them know I was there to pick up, waited over an hour and my pizza was ready the whole time 💔

Look I usually order from here often but the pizza was terrible . The new cheesy bite pizza was absolutely nothing like tv . I was so disappointed in the Quality of the pizza. There was no cheese in the pull a part bites. Like really. We also ordered a cheese pizza and they gave us one with no sauce barely anything on it. I’m just like wow . Photos don’t do justice.

Poor experience with team members within last 3 days; ordered twice and Special instructions were never followed: was told by team member on 3rd Mar 2026 at 11:05 am; that my special instructions don't show up on ticket when I informed him verbally and attempted to show him my app order he showed no interest; and replied "its an online problem" not ours; i.asked why the customer has to be penalized when instructions & payment were already successfully made; was told I had to wait an additional 15 more minutes for a remake; wasted my time amd delayed me from my work schedule of events that day
