Unfortunately, this was the most flavorless and dry Pad Thai I’ve ever had. It lacked the balance of sweet, savory, and tangy flavors that make Pad Thai enjoyable, and the noodles were dry instead of being coated in a flavorful sauce. It was a very disappointing experience.

After running a half marathon, I was looking for something truly satisfying to refuel — and Supreme Thai Bistro was exactly the right choice. I came here with my daughter and we both really enjoyed the experience from start to finish. We started with shrimp and calamari, and both were fresh, crispy, and perfectly cooked — a great way to open the meal. The Pad Thai was a standout: flavorful, well-balanced, and cooked just right, definitely one of the better versions I’ve had. Ordered delivery yesterday and tried the Pad See Ew and Basil Fried rice. The packaging was great. The portions were sufficient, and the food was good. Both dishes exuded, traditional Thai flavor however the spice level was off. The heat levels were mild, medium, spicy, Thai spicy and Laos. I chose spicy thinking that Thai spicy would be too much, but in my opinion, the spicy level was actually medium at best. Other than that good food and worth a visit just pick a spicier level than you think you can tolerate.
