Super Tax Genius★★★★★Very cool place with open fire cooking. Try to sit at the Chef's counter. One of the best steaks in Charleston and big enough to share to cover for the price. Very good cocktails. Super friendly cooks and staff.

We came for birthday dinner and greeted with champagne. This restaurant is next door to ladles so don't miss it and it has outdoor seating and porch seating. The inside is small but it has 2 floors so reservation is definitely needed. The appetizers we had were good and as well the service. Will try to come again for dinner menu and hoping the entree menu will be different next time.

As far as cocktails, I’d recommend the monarch which is both refreshing and well balanced. For starters, we both enjoyed the carrot soup and for dinner enjoyed the lamb and wagu ribeye for dinner. Well, they didn’t necessarily offer anything special for my birthday outside of the initial champagne 🥂, we both shared the lemon merengue dessert which was pretty good. Overall, we most enjoyed chatting with the chefs and the atmosphere.
