We had an amazing time at Mockingbird. Tanya was an amazing server. She was knowledgeable about the food, efficient and personable. The food was 10/10. I went with a group for dinner & drinks. Mockingbird has an easy-to-use free parking lot (not all restaurants in Belmont provide off-street parking!), a gorgeous indoor & outdoor seating environment, and our server was so friendly and helpful. Our drinks, appetizers (fried green tomatoes, okra, pork belly), and desserts were all delicious! The only aspect of our experience that was hit-or-miss was the mains. Mockingbird is just so incredibly consistent in their execution of affordable but amazing dining. The owner is very personable and regularly comes out to greet guests. However, I'm leaving the review as a result of dining for the restaurant's New Year's Eve four course meal. For the price and experience, I'm not sure I've ever had anything better! As close to perfection as a dining experience can get and I'm very pleased this spot is so close by as I will continue my regular visits.

The service and the food were amazing. The chef Melissa took care of my Alpha gal diet needs and Tonya was such a friendly and attentive server. The vibe is so earthy and elegant with such a diverse customer base. It feels like a neighborhood place you’d love to find in any great city with fabulous food. I can’t say enough nice things. Truly the dining experience you’re looking for! Lovely. We’ll be back!
