Consistently good to great sushi & sashimi. I’ve had stuff here I’ve never seen anywhere else. Whether at the bar or a table the staff is friendly and typically provides great service. Once in a blue moon it’s insanely busy and due to it being a small place it takes a toll on service but when that has happened they made sure to make good in some way, so I’ve never once left feeling unhappy. Went with my mom to this place last Sunday, and we had an amazing time! Mutsumi is located in a perfect little intersection, and we had no trouble finding parking! The hostess was very friendly, and found us a table immediately. While we were deciding on what to order, the servers gave us some great recommendations. I even got to try some new things, such as the baked scallops on the B.S.C. Roll, and King Mackerel. But even my usual favorites such as salmon nigiri and seared tuna were quite delicious!
